Terms of Agreement

By signing this application, the customer agrees to the payment terms and conditions of "Caretek Integrated Business Solutions Inc."/"Caretek IT Solutions". Once the Financing has been approved, all invoices are payable within the agreed payment terms. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of two percent(2%) per month, i.e. twenty-four percent(24%) per annum or the maximum permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

"Caretek Integrated Business Solutions Inc."/"Caretek IT Solutions" reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, with prior notice, if an account becomes past due. The customer agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs incurred in the collection of overdue amounts, including administrative fees, collection agency fees, and legal costs where applicable.

The customer authorizes "Caretek Integrated Business Solutions Inc."/"Caretek IT Solutions" to verify the information provided in this application and to obtain credit reports or other relevant financial information as necessary to assess creditworthiness and establish or maintain an account.

Title, Returns, and Payment Terms

Title to all merchandise covered by any invoice shall remain with "Caretek Integrated Business Solutions Inc."/"Caretek IT Solutions" until the purchaser has paid in full. No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) issued by Caretek Integrated Solutions Inc. before returning the goods.

Request for RMA must be submitted within thirty(30) days from the original Ship Date. Authorized returns accompanied by a valid RMA will be credited at the invoice price and may be under the Manufacturer’s discretion, less delivery charges and a restocking fee of up to twenty-five percent(25%), as applicable. The return policy of "Caretek Integrated Business Solutions Inc."/"Caretek IT Solutions" mirrors the acceptance and return policies of the original manufacturer. Only products returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition will be accepted.

All claims for errors, shortages, or deductions must be made in writing within one(1) week of receipt of goods. Warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be processed directly with the manufacturer or authorized repair depot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
