  • All services are performed on-site by certified CPCS service personnel
  • The Battery Preventive Maintenance visits only apply to certified CPCS battery systems
  • Battery Preventive Maintenance visits are available during business hours with an option to upgrade to 7X24, including weekends and holidays
  • The battery system must be kept in an environment that adheres to manufacturer specifications
  • The Battery Preventive Maintenance service requires the system be placed in full bypass
  • This service applies to a customer location with standard site and product access
  • Battery Preventive Maintenance does not include parts or remedial battery replacement
  • Battery terminal cleaning to correct corrosion and oxidation will be implemented as required
