The HPE Aruba Networking EC-XL-H SD-WAN Gateway is a 1 U rack-mountable hub gateway platform that serves to build an SD-WAN fabric using zero touch provisioning. It supports Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), 4G/5G/LTE, internet-based hybrid WAN transport services, and a control plane that is automated and secured by the HPE Aruba Networking SD-WAN Orchestrator centralized management software-providing policy-based virtual network segmentation and acceleration of on-premises and SaaS cloud applications.

Key features of HPE Aruba Networking EC-XL-H SD-WAN Gateway include high availability through power supply and storage redundancy, high performance PCIe-based flash network memory for application acceleration, and up to six ports supporting 10 Gbps SFP+ and/or 25 Gbps SFP28 pluggable transceivers. These features make it an ideal platform for data center and large hub environments with typical WAN bandwidth from 2 to 10 Gbps (bidirectional).
